• Are these goals enough to motivate you?
• No lazy people in this world … Only people who don’t have clear goals
• Excitement and motivation aren’t enough … You have to convince yourself of what happens when you achieve the results you want!

Self-Analysis
• What are your strengths?
– Eg. Writing, research, talking, networking, analyzing, design, ideas-generation, discipline, technical-savvy etc.
• What are your weaknesses?
– Eg. Writing, talking, research, design, lack of ideas, not-focused, lack of technical knowledge etc.
• Analyze yourself and find out what you’re strong at
• Areas that you’re weak in, you’ll tend to shy away from them
• The solution?
• Focus on your strengths and ‘cover’ your weaknesses!
• We enjoy doing what we’re strong at … Why “do” the things you “don’t” like to do when there are countless people online who are more than glad to do it for you?
• ‘Cover’ your weaknesses by outsourcing and by building relationships with others who are strong in those areas.
